Chines Miracle - проблема со standalone Repair security area

такая вот штука - при заливке 100% рабочего фула и попытке востановить repair security area v2.13 - тел не включается
при заливке этого же фула в этот же тел и создание ask файла , пересчет через сервер, получение rpl v1.47 - тел включается и работает
вот 2 лога с разных версий
