SE T700, can't get NET header

Плата чистая и прямая. На КЛ ВКЛ реакция следующая - вибрирует мотор, загорается подсветка ЖКД и клавы. После вибрирования на БП зависает 192мА. Нашел инфу на MF что дело в КП. У кого данная ошибка была, и был найден дефект что это было?
