1. download latest software from support area and try again !
2. if no still luck follow the next procedure:
- find good working phone with the same firmware [D200ZS_C1_D200ZS_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_0.BIN]
- make "Read detailed information, ask/rpl" operation
- send "backup_system_log_..." file to support
- make "Read full flash" operation
- send flash backup file(s) to support
- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)
- be little bit patient and wait update

Еще есть вариант стянуть с суппорт прошивку:
D200ZS_C_D200ZS_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_02
пролить, сделать аск-рпл.
