New JAF version 1.98.9

And finaly... JAF 1.98.9

- added unlock for 2610b (RH-87) and 1600b (RH-65)
- added setting test mode for unlock if phone is in normal mode.

On latest version 2610b and 1600b was added for unlock.
With this release we hope to cover all dct4 and dct4+ models for now.
