interim fixup release.

- added support for z300/j220/j230 renesas flash (mfgid:1c)
- script with files references now must correctly executing from any directory
- simlock codes now random during unlocking
- countless internal tunings/fixups/preparations.
- new bugs, and i hope you help me to find them
