New JAF 1.97 beta5

- fixed bug with pkey only when change tab. Hope for good.
- enabled asking when RPL208 or LCK308 can't be saved
- manual don't disable now RPL208 and LCK308
- improved msg id detection causing error on cdma/tdma phones
