New JAF version 1.97 beta3

- added PHONE TYPE display in top of the window when you read info, use ini.. etc
- added support for multi pkey flash. If you have more than one pkey you can use all for multiflash. You can use as many jaf or ufs interfaces you have.
- added BB5 life time reset FBUS/USB mode
- corrected error when changing tabs in PKEY only mode
- added Read PP in dct4/bb5 FBUS/USB
- added MAKE INI in manual mode
- added dct4 simlock data info
- added 128k flash for bb5 USB mode (tested 6280 3.81 and 6233 3.70)
- improved simlock for dct4. 1600 5.03 direct unlock still not supported but it will be ready soon.
- added support for fia 6.23.023 for ufs interface.
