PROBLEM: Some Toshiba Phones shows ''VERSION: UNKNOWN'' and cannot be unlocked

SOLUTION:

''Seems,that this is not bug Anyway here are one trick,which you need to test.All credits for this trick goes to Mr.Kasner
You need to put to phone original Vodafone or Motorola test card and enter to phone's menu,later under SETTINGS --> "Connectivity" option please select "USB".
After this try to connect phone again.
