New JAF ver 1.96 beta1

Hi

JAF 1.96 beta1 ready

- added simlock status for bb5 fbus and usb mode on INFO. Code counter on each level is available also.
- added support for multi jaf flashing, this will solve problems with other boxes. For each jaf box you need a pkey connected.
- made some cosmetical changes to increase size or product code list in USE INI dct4
- minor bugs solved
