New JAF Setup ver 1.95 pkey

Hi

New setup is ready version 1.95

- added language description ini file support. When you select ppm in dct4/bb5 a small list in open dialog will show what language is has selected ppm file. This languages are in jaf_nok4models.ini, so you can add yourself missing models. Also when you select USE INI it will show you the languages present in ppm file. Thx to Mainboard for starting this language description.
- added counters functionality back
- small cosmetical changes for usb mode only
- added loaders version 6.14.010
- added pkey setup in pkey driver folder
- added JAF Logger 1.11 and JAF IMEI Tool 1.14

This is the first setup for PKEY and is strongly recomended to uninstall first older version then install new one.
After install go to pkey driver folder and install the driver, after that connect your pkey dongle to computer.
After driver instalation, follow the pkey installation manual from here :
