New JAF version 1.93 beta3

Hi

New JAF version 1.93 beta3 is ready:

- added DCT3 erase flash
- flash file selection works now with BB5 usb communication, even ini file is missing.
- changed support link for encryption https
- hopefully fixed 7370 write problem with latest flash pack
- other small problems fixed
