Я слышал они на самсунги похожи, даже платформа одна (Skyworks). Не пробовал сравнивать?

To control the LCD module the controller(S1D10605) is controlled by the BP with a parallel interface(8 bit parallel bi-directional bus, 1 chip selection input, 1 register selection input, 1 reset input, 1 backlight on/off control input, 1 write strobe input, 1 read strobe input, VCC and GND).
