1. Пробовал бокс на компе помощнее, Core Duo и 2048 Mb RAM, без изменений, те же глюки.
2. Пробовал Crui-ser 5-in-1 cable (fighter cable) на FTDI тоже, вообще ничего не заработало. Может от того что там эти все сигналы еще через 74серии микросхему идут. Жаль..
3. Нашелся дома кабель, COM, для прошивки Siemens C62, разбирать не стал, скорей всего там MAX232, вот с ним всё считалось. На жуткой скорости правда, - лог вот:
