Added support for Standalone unlock Nokia RAP3Gv3 phones without testpoint!

Note: it is free update for already Activated ''BB5NoTP" Algos Boxes, for non Activated Boxes: you can use this update after activate "BB5NoTp" Algos,you need 200 credits to activate this feature after Monday 16th November you need 350 credits to activate this feature !!
