JAF Setup 1.88

Hi

New JAF setup 1.88 is released.
-JAF 1.88 have another protection options. This should resolve closing the software without any error.
-JAFLogger 1.4 have support for 64bit mcu
-JAFIMEI too 1.10 have support for 64bit mcu and reading esn for cdma
-JAF COM Emulator 1.3 no changes.
