Инфинити просто такой рпл не добавлен.
По аску рпл сгенерить.Он должен быть подъёмным...
причин для беспокойства не вижу...

P.S.Хуже когда примерно вот так пишет

error: ASK file can't be created, user action required:
- find good working phone with the same firmware[......................]
- make "Read detailed information, ask/rpl" operation
- send "backup_system_log_..." file to support
- make "Read Full Flash" operation
- send flash backup file(s) to support
- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)
- be little bit patient and wait update
