Привет всем... купил я в общем этот девайс у GSM-Service.ru в ферале этого года.. Изначально установил без проблем ....работал с ним все чики...
А сегодня запускаю прогу, а она не видит бокс... на боксе светодиоды не горят... однако он определяется (пробовал на 3-х компах без проблем )...
Программа пишет Box error! Сheck cable and press "Find device" button...
На официальном сайте поддержки я нарыл вот такую инфу :

What to do if you have the problem

Box Error!!! Check cables, and press "Find Devices" button...
Read this manual:
1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager
2. Find this USB Serial Converter as shown on picture
3. Right click on it and then click Update Driver
4. Choose Install from a list specific location
5. Click Don't search. I will choose the driver to install.
6. It doesn't matter what the Windows serve you on the list... you must choose I HAVE DISK.
7. Click Browse
8. Find the folder with unpacked (unrared) Martech III drivers...
If you don't have drivers you can find them HERE
9. When you find folder where drivers are UNPACKED, you have to choose the driver and click open
Then the Windows will install driver and it will ask you to REBOOT SYSTEM... Click YES
10. Now you need to install vspax_oem_38.rar
11. Now install MartechCOMv10.rar
12. Restart the system
Now everything should work OK!!!
I hope that you will not have additional problems!
If you have problems with installing MartechCOM or vspax_oem, then you must first uninstall them and reboot system and then install again.
все делаю как написано... но бокс не виден программой...:vis:
Крышу сносит уже у меня... подскажите как быть ?:unknw:
