AOUYUE 710 is a modular and flexible infrared technology for reworking advanced IC packages like BGAs, micro-BGAs, QFPs, SOICs and other mounted component. This focused infrared soldering system generates heat through concentration of infrared head waves for effective, high yield and flawless rework.
