Телефон полностью рабочий принесли на русификацию.

У меня та же картина при попытке шить BEST.
Решение нашел: Все до боли просто и банально: эту модель шьет UFS по usb.

Обновите Cyclone, поробуйте им одно из многочисленных улучшений:
- Исправлена прошивка C2-02 XGold2

Прошился на ура. BEST был и остается BESTом. Быстро и оперативно сделаны исправления.

Спасибо за лог.
Этот телефон у нас односимочный, получается?
Плиз - просьба влить в него сто с небольшим контактов и попробовать прочитать снова - и приложить логи.
Можно взять книгу от любого S40 и вогнать несколько раз для достижения количества нужного. После прочесть - и приложить логи. Интересует полнота извлечения данных.
