New update again!

New Chinese cocktail tool v.5.0 - added too many new functions, added support for new MCU MTK 6228 - full support for this MCU, added support for phones with NAND flash, added function back up system disc and content pack.
At this moment this is the most progressive tool for chinse phones.
Added 13 new models: 2GSM 2BLUETOOTH, 526, 8800 mini, A550, Amycool D66+, AUDI W-A8, B889, Blue Tooth, Bluetooth, Bluetooth 526, Bluetooth JD2008, Bluetooth k320, Bluetooth v168.
